When can I take a snowkite course?

Everyday when we have wind during the whole winter season. We usually have our first course from the middle of December to finish of the season end of April. 

 

How do I make a booking?

  1. Choose a course and make a booking request.
  2. We reply as soon as possible with a confirmation.
  3. Pay the invoice and you are all set.

 

Who can be a snowkiter?

Anyone that skies or snowboard and starting to get tired of crowded lifts and skiareas. You need to be an average skier and have a normal physique.

 

Is it difficult?

Yes and no. You are dealing with great powers so you need a normal physique, and a quite good phsyke in order to keep track of everything. You need to be an average skier or snowboarder, that will make it easier for you to focus on the kite.
 

Is it safe?

Kitesurfing/snowkite is still a pretty new sport and every year the safety equipment is improving. You should always respect the powers of the wind and never try on your own without taking a course. You can hurt yourself and others. Taking a course makes your learningprocess faster and also in a safe way. 

 

What is IKO?
